The jewel in the crown of this collection will be a mythical Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II, from the 1960s, which has been hand-painted by Darko, a local artist. The curved lines of the architecture have been reflected along with a range of colors that represent Mediterranean joy. This piece will be exposed in the entrance.

An activity that integrates and merges gastronomy with aquaponics is found at Higuerón South Residences. The idea comes from our Chef Diego Gallegos, by using sustainable facilities, and a model of integrated fish and vegetable farming to obtain a permanent supply, controlling times, sizes and the quality of the species, depending on the season.
Diego Gallegos, also known as “the caviar chef”, has “SOLLO” restaurant, awarded with a Michelin star, another green Michelin star and two Repsol suns. It prepares a creative and unique cuisine, based on a unique and top quality raw material, produced by aquaponics, which guarantees complete product traceability, from planting and breeding to the plate.
He also manages Arara Bistro Bar, another restaurant located in Higuerón Hotel. A concept of cuisine with Spanish, Brazilian and Peruvian roots with fun, informal, colorful dishes and above all with a lot of flavor.
