In season, you can pick the fruits from the trees planted behind the house – oranges, lemons, bananas, and avocados. The glass façade lets soak the Spanish sun even when you are inside.

One of the region’s best beaches, Poniente Beach, is just a 5-minute drive. Costa Blanca is all about white sanded beaches and blue sea, but that’s not everything. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the gems of the Valencia region. You can reach the atmospheric old town of Finestrat in just 10 minutes.  The charm of the traditional fishing towns of Denia, Xàbia, and Altea also cannot be missed. Denia in particular will not disappoint those seeking gastronomic pleasure – it’s no secret that there you’ll eat some of the best paella in the whole Spain. This little town not long ago has been named UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

A stay here is also a good opportunity to try your luck on the golf field – there are several prestigious golf courses within walking distance (Puig Campana Golf, Villaitana Gold, Melia Villaitaina). Children won’t be bored either, with the unique Terra Mitica amusement park, a zoo, and a water park all nearby.

The house is located in a quiet area close to olive trees. For your convenience, it is recommended to rent a car. In the yard, there are two parking spaces, and the area is protected by security services.
