The beaches

In addition, there is the Levante beach, one of the best known in Europe for its extension and the Mal Pas beach, which houses an important Marine Reserve with excellent seabed for diving enthusiasts. There are coves in the area such as Tío Ximo cove or La Almadrava cove, known for their crystal clear and calm waters. Both are ideal for scuba diving or snorkeling on the seabed.

Places to visit

Sailing the Mediterranean Sea can become your favorite pastime if you are a nautical lover. In Benidorm, there is a nautical port on the Poniente beach, very close to the characteristic L’Illa islet. Twenty minutes away by car, in Altea, there is a marina and yacht club. Less than half an hour’s drive away, there are several marinas in Villajoyosa. Benidorm is renowned for its range of theme parks: the Aqualandia water park, the largest in Europe, the Terra Mitica amusement park or the Aqua Natura water park. In addition, it stands out for its large number of bars and restaurants to enjoy the gastronomy such as rice dishes, tapas and pinchos or international food. The Balcony of the Mediterranean enchants every visitor who comes to contemplate the magnificent views of the sea.

Golf Courses

The Las Rejas golf course is located just one kilometer from the Sunset Sailors residential complex. In addition, ten minutes away by car, there are two golf courses, under the Nicklaus Design seal, located in the Villaitana Wellness Golf & Business Resort hotel. Within half an hour’s drive, there are several golf courses: Club de Golf Don Cayo in Altea Hills, Club de Golf Bonalba in Mutxamel and Club de Golf Ifach in Benissa.
